Wine Spectator ranks Hilton Head wine lists among best in the world in 2016

Wine Spectator, a website dedicated to information about and ratings of wine, announced its 2016 Restaurant Awards, which highlight restaurants around the world that offer the best wine selections. Featured on the list were 47 restaurants in South Carolina, 11 of them located on Hilton Head Island.

Restaurants on the list included Charlie’s L’etoile Verte, Coast Restaurant, Crane’s Tavern & Steakhouse, Links American Grill, Live Oak, Michael Anthony’s Cucina Italiana, Ombra Cucina Rustica, Quarterdeck Restaurant, Red Fish, Sea Grass Grille and Wiseguys.

The awards were given to a toal of 3,595 restaurants in 50 states and 72 countries.
