Rose Hill Plantation has a new clubhouse, and it’s open to the public.

Oak Terrace at Rose Hill opened in December, according to manager Lori Holland. The space boasts a restaurant, bar, event space and outdoor deck overlooking the golf course.

The restaurant, bar and club are open to the public for daily lunch, Sunday brunch and dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday brunch will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m;. and dinner will be served from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Happy hour will also be offered daily from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

“We serve all different types of dishes,” Holland said Monday. “We have a vegetarian risotto, a New York strip, our signature sandwich — turkey and brie — brisket, crab cakes, Asian-infused pork tenderloin, salmon and more.”

The clubhouse can seat 200 people both indoor and outdoor. The event space can seat 100 and can be used for private parties, catering, special events and weddings.

Those interested in booking the clubhouse for an event should call Lisa Lovette, the plantation’s event coordinator, at 843-757-4030.
