Longtime Hilton Head restaurant closed for remodeling —here is what they are doing
Santa Fe Cafe on Hilton Head Island is temporarily closed for remodeling and expects to reopen Dec. 8.
Marshall Sampson, restaurant co-owner, said the rooftop lounge is going through a complete renovation.
The patio is being tiled, a new bar is being constructed and TVs are being added to the popular restaurant.
Sante Fe Cafe — open for 24 myears — often hosts music acts on the patio, Sampson said.
The menu is Southwestern-influenced and includes dishes such as grouper, bone-in cowboy steak, chimichanga and lobster fajitas.
Santa Fe at 807 William Hilton Parkway and typically open from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 to 10 p.m. Mondays through Fridays; 5 to 10 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
