American Rock Legend Performing at Travis Kelce & Taylor Swift's Wedding
Rolling Stone has reported that American rock legend Stevie Nicks will be attending the wedding between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce later this year, with sources indicating that she's gearing up to perform at the event.
Swift and Nicks have been long-time friends since the early years of the former's career. They first shared the stage in 2010, shortly after the release of Swift's acclaimed record Speak Now, which featured hits such as "Enchanted" and "Dear John".
Nicks also contributed to Swift's 2024 album, The Tortured Poets Department, by writing an original poem for the CD release. Their personal and professional relationship goes back decades, so Nicks' inclusion on the invite list shouldn't come as a surprise to anybody.
However, one source has indicated that Nicks' invite goes beyond regular attendance, suggesting that she will perform live music at the event. The wedding is speculated to be happening in the next few days at Madison Square Garden, which Swift has reportedly rented out for a multi-day event (via NYT).
Nicks is best known for her work with British-American rock group Fleetwood Mac, which scored four No. 1 albums across three decades. Nicks joined the band in 1974 alongside her then-partner Lindsey Buckingham, and they scored their first No. 1 hit with "Dreams" just three years later.
According to the New York Times, Swift's wedding to Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Travis Kelce will consist of a smaller ceremony on July 2, with roughly 100 invitees, followed by a larger event on July 3, with over 1,000 people invited. New York City Hall spokesperson Dora Pekec has confirmed that a permit to shut down the area surrounding MSG on those dates has been filed.
Swift and Kelce announced their engagement on August 26, 2025, on Instagram. The pair reportedly began their relationship in the summer of 2023, just months after Kelce scored his third Super Bowl victory. They made their relationship official in September 2023, and the engagement followed less than two years later.
