Penelope Lynn

Jamie and Kevin Lynn of Hilton Head Island announce the birth of a daughter, Penelope James Lynn, at 9:43 a.m. Aug. 23 at Hilton Head Hospital.

The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Pam and Lance Scott of Fort White, Fla., and Nancy Scott of Miami, Fla.

Paternal grandmother is Annette Lynn of Swarthmore, Pa.
