Kaelyn Jenkins

Juvonna Chatman and Shernon Jenkins of Beaufort announce the birth of a daughter, Kaelyn Diane Jenkins, at 8:01 p.m. July 2 at Beaufort Memorial Hospital.

The newborn weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 19.5 inches.

She has a brother, Jacory, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Diane and John Chatman of Sparta, Ga.

Paternal grandparents are the late Delores and Herbert Jenkins.
