Draco Gatchalian

Lalaine and Mark Gatchalian of Bluffton announce the birth of a son, Draco Liam Cardozo Gatchalian, at 3:32 p.m. Sept. 29 at Hilton Head Hospital.

The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce, and measured 19 inches.

He has a sister, Danica, 6.

Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Luis A. Cardozo of Los Angeles.

Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. George V. Gatchalian of Virginia Beach, Va.
