Carter Reign Neil

Jami Neil of Beaufort and William “Willo” Wells of Savannah announce the birth of a son, Carter Reign Neil, at 9:40 a.m. May 2 at the Medical University of South Carolina.

The newborn weighed 4 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 17  1/4 inches.

Maternal grandparents are Johnna and Wayne Neil of Beaufort.

Paternal grandparents are Laura Legéar of Kissimmee, Fla., and William Wells of Savannah.
