Lenley Lowther

Jessica and Rush Lowther of Okatie announce the birth of a daughter, Lenley Cate Lowther, at 8:18 p.m. Dec. 17 at Coastal Carolina Hospital.

The newborn weighed 6 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 20 inches.

She has a sister, Mia, 2.

Maternal grandparents are Lisa and Leonard Moore of Lexington.

Paternal grandparents are Cathy and Phil Lowther of Okatie.
