Britney Spears' Sons Reveal Mom's Reaction to Their Fashion Week Debut

Britney Spears knew her sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, were going to nail their runway debut at Paris Fashion Week.

"She wasn't there with us, but she sent us flowers to our hotel as a good luck thing, and called and texted us so many times," Jayden, 19, shared with Vogue in an interview published on Thursday, July 2. "It was good to have that and to carry that with us before we went out there."

Although Jayden admitted his famous mom was "so nervous for us," it was all out of love.

As he explained, "She was just looking out for us and making sure that this was what we wanted to do."

When asked if the pop superstar gave her sons any tips or tricks before showtime, Jayden said Spears, 44, knew her boys were ready.

"I feel like she knew we had it," he explained. "She was like, ‘Yeah, you guys are my sons. You've got this.'"

Both Preston, 20, and Jayden walked the runway together during the Vetements Menswear Spring/Summer 2027 show on June 26.

Jayden turned heads for all the right reasons as he wore a white tank with light-wash jeans accentuated by a brown leather belt and a V-letter chain draping down his pants. As for Preston, he caught the eyes of fashion lovers with his black dress top and long jacket worn over his pristine blue jeans.

"We get offered an opportunity like that and Jayden and I were like, ‘Hell yeah - this is so sick,'" Preston recalled about his first reaction to learning a major brand wanted him to walk in a show.

Although a few days have passed since the must-see fashion moment, Jayden still remembers the positive "energy" from the room.

"Right before we were about to walk out, I remember Preston and I just looking at each other and nodding our heads, because we weren't close enough to give each other a pep talk," he said. "I would've been really, really messed up if Preston wasn't doing it with me."

After receiving good reviews from both family and fashion fans, Jayden and Preston both say they are interested in exploring more gigs in the industry. At the same time, their true love may be dedicated to music.

"I could master my walk better - I was definitely stiff because I was nervous," Jayden shared about a possible return to the runway. "But Preston and I are trying to do music and other things."

Preston added, "I don't know if it's something that I'm super passionate about, but I know I had a lot of fun doing it. Music is the foundation of everything for me. Jayden and I have done music our whole lives, and we definitely gravitate towards that more than anything else."
