Donna Kelce Lands in New York City Ahead of Taylor Swift and Travis' Wedding
The Eagle has landed in New York City.
Donna Kelce officially arrived in the Big Apple on Thursday, July 2, ahead of her son Travis Kelce's rumored wedding to Taylor Swift, per TMZ. As she made her way through the airport, she had a smile on her face but remained hush on the big plans.
Donna, 73, reportedly headed straight towards Madison Square Garden, where the nuptials are believed to be taking place, right after her flight.
Multiple friends of Swift, 36, and Kelce's have been spotted in NYC as speculation about the couple's ceremony grows. Stars including Sabrina Carpenter, Suki Waterhouse, Aaron Dessner and Ed Sheeran have been seen out and about in the city.
A source exclusively told Us Weekly in late June that guests were given limited info about the wedding.
"Taylor and Travis told guests to be in NYC. No other location was provided," an insider said. The source continued, "They're putting their guests on hold for a couple of days. They are spending a lot of money - in the millions."
Another source shared, "The save the date was sent electronically, and guests had to agree to an NDA before they could see any details." The save the date "included guests' names so those who were on the guest list wouldn't make the invites public."
While there has not been confirmation that the couple is planning to tie the knot at MSG, the New York Times reported on June 24 that a permit was filed with New York City to close the surrounding streets from July 2 through July 4 for an event being held on July 3.
In October 2025, Swift opened up about planning her wedding during an episode of the Graham Norton Show. "I think the wedding is what happens after [my Life of a Showgirl promotional tour] in the scheme of the planning, but I'm so excited about it," she gushed. "I know it's gonna be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble."
The couple's wedding was initially reportedly to take place on June 13, which happens to be Swift's lucky number. Us later learned that the ceremony would take place during the 4th of July weekend.
