Will Lee Jean move on? ‘Idol’s’ top 10 announced during live show Thursday

Bluffton’s Lee Jean is expected to appear on “American Idol” again this week as the competition tightens.

Last week, it was revealed that Jean, 16, had moved forward in the reality TV show competition securing his spot among the ‘Top 14’ semi-finalists.

On what is being called “Wildcard Night” eight semi-finalists will be announced as safe or going through to the ‘Top 10’ on Wednesday night, leaving six to sing for America’s vote.

Thursday night will mark first live show of the season. Finalists for the final two slots will be announced rounding out the show’s ‘Top 10.’

“American Idol” airs from 8-9 p.m. on Wednesdays and 8-10 p.m. on Thursdays on Fox.
