Finalists announced for Hilton Head International Piano Competition

Then there were three.

After their semi-final performance Saturday night, here are the three finalists in the Hilton Head International Piano Competition at First Presbyterian Church:

• Tristan Teo, Canada
• Sae Yoon Chon, South Korea
• ChangYoon Shin, South Korea

The finalists will appear with the Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra at 7 p.m. March 14.

At stake is $34,000 in prizes and performance opportunities including a performance at Carnegie Hall.
