The Devil’s Coming Back to Georgia: Charlie Daniels announces Savannah concert

The Charlie Daniels Band is coming to Savannah in November. And tickets go on sale Friday.
The now 80-year-old Country Music Hall of Famer is best known for his 1978 hit ‘The Devil Went Down to Georgia,’ which peaked at #1 on the US Country charts and #3 on the Billboard Hot 100. In addition to releasing 30 studio albums since 1971, he is a member of the Grand Ole Opry and his memoir, ‘Never Look at the Empty Seats,’ goes on sale in October.
Tickets for the Nov. 10 performance at the Savannah Civic Center’s Johnny Mercer Theatre go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m. Want them earlier? Use the pre-sale password ‘veteran17’ to buy them from the venue’s website.
Tickets range from $60.50 to $107.
