Performing Arts Consortium begins recital series with award-winning pianist on Hilton Head Island

The Performing Arts Consortium will kick off its 2016-2017 recital series with a performance of Bach, Schumann and Wagner/Liszt by pianist Zachary Hughes at 4 p.m. Nov. 17 at the Clubhouse at 700 Tide Pointe Way on Hilton Head Island.

Hughes has participated in numerous national and international competitions and won first prize at the Arthur Fraser International Piano competition, the Lee University competition and the St. Andrews International Piano competition.

Admission is free.
