Juice shop in Bluffton to offer yoga classes ... even for the inflexible

Juice Hive and Health Emporium in Bluffton will host “Evening Yoga at the Hive,” presented by Yin Yoga of Hilton Head Island/Bluffton at 5:30 p.m. Mondays beginning Aug. 15 at 14 Johnston Way in Bluffton.

The community Yin and Yang yoga class is for students of all levels of flexibility and fitness. Yin and Yang yoga is a style of Chinese yoga that is designed to increase flexibility and range of motion through simple yoga postures that target the spine, hips, hamstrings and upper body.

The cost is $7 per class, and participants will need to bring their own mat. Participants will receive a free cold pressed juice for attending their first class.
