Pop. Pop. Pop. Registration now open for Hilton Head Firecracker Run

The 31st annual Hilton Head Firecracker Run will be at 8 a.m. July 4 at Shelter Cove Community Park on Hilton Head Island.

The Firecracker Run is the largest and oldest road race in Beaufort County. The 5K run is $25 for ages 12 and younger; and $30 for ages 12 and older. A $5 fee will be added to registrations after June 27; and a $10 fee will be added on July 4. Group rates are available.

A percentage of the proceeds will go to local charities, including Hilton Head Rotary Club.
