Hot dog! The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will be in Bluffton and Hilton Head this week
If you see a 27-foot-long hot dog on wheels crossing the Hilton Head Island bridge this week, you’re not hallucinating from the traffic. Frankly, you could be bumper-to-bun with the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile.
One of the company’s six promotional vehicles will be making a stop in Bluffton March 9 at the 125 Towne Drive Kroger from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you can’t make it to the Bluffton event Thursday, it won’t be the wurst. The Wienermobile will also be on Hilton Head Island March 10 at the 42 Shelter Cove Lane Kroger from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The drivers — called Oscar Mayer Hotdoggers — won’t be giving out hot dogs or food, but visitors can take photos, and there will be promotional items like koozies.
