Bluffton Self Help helps mother complete technical college degree
Ginger's daughter had dropped out of college.
It was a disappointment, but it led Ginger to further her own education. She applied for the Mrs. Ida Martin Education Assistance program through Bluffton Self Help.
She was granted the financial support she needed, and in January, she will complete a degree at the Technical College of the Lowcountry.
Bluffton Self Help provides a broad range of social services for poor working families, the disabled, sick and elderly.
