Bluffton Self Help, Zonta, Junior League partner for 'Dress to Impress' clothing drives, career aid
Bluffton Self Help has partnered with the Zonta Club of Bluffton and the Junior League of Savannah to host several "Dress to Impress" clothing drives and career seminars over the years.
Attendees get help with resumes, interview skills and other job-hunting tips. They also get to choose 20 items of gently worn business attire to help with their interviews and continued employment.
This year, representatives from three local resorts helped job-seekers, and one of those representative reported that an attendee of a previous "Dress to Impress" just celebrated her two-year employment anniversary with the company.
Bluffton Self Help provides a broad range of social services for poor working families, the disabled, sick and elderly.
