Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa celebrates the holidays with a silent auction

The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa announced Thursday it will hold the 2016 Season of Celebration Silent Auction through Dec. 14 during which participants have the opportunity to wager in on a selection of hotel packages at destinations across the country.

This year’s silent auction consists of 10 Starwood hotel stays, including the St. Regis Atlanta, W Fort Lauderdale, The Westin La Paloma in Tucson, Ariz. and The Ballantyne in Charlotte.

A hotel stay package at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa including dinner for two and two spa treatments will also be raffled off with individual tickets selling for $10. Visitors can purchase three tickets for $20.

Local community organizations to benefit from the auction include the Deep Well Project, Bluffton Self Help, Mitchelville Preservation Project and Sandalwood Community Food Pantry. The 2015 Season of Celebration auction generated more than $4,000 of charitable donations.
