Hilton Head lecture series to discuss local sound, music
A Hilton Head lecture series featuring area musicians will take on the topic of what defines the area’s sound.
“The Changemakers” — an ongoing speakers series — is Tuesday May 24, at Coligny Theatre in Coligny Plaza on Hilton Head.
The event will feature Marlena Smalls, Davey Masteller, Mary Briggs and John Cranford.
A reception, at 5:30 p.m., kicks off the event which follows at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Tickets, available online, are $20; $30 for couples.
