‘Beer, Bacon & Music Festival’ returns to Hilton Head

Back by popular demand, Island Recreation Association’s “Beer, Bacon & Music Festival” returns this weekend.

The 2nd annual event benefiting the association’s children’s scholarship fund is from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. May 7, at Shelter Cove Community Park, 39 Shelter Cove Lane, Hilton Head.

In addition to — you guessed it — lots of bacon delicacies, the event will feature several of the area’s top bands and local breweries and also include full service bars.
