Lucas: Frederic Gomes and The Hot Club of France to play The Jazz Corner

The Hot Club of France featuring Frederic Gomes will make a two-night appearance at The Jazz Corner this weekend.

Since 1999, Frederic Gomes has been the accordionist leader of Parisian Borsalino Jazz, playing in the swing jazz style. He is a true Parisian “Manouche” musician, as gypsy jazz is called in France.

The Hot Club of France features guitarist Sasha Strunjas, guitarist Dan Coy and bassist George Sheck.

The show is Friday and Saturday, at the club at 1000 William Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Concerts start at 8 p.m.
