The Hilton Head Symphony Orchestra continues its season with guest conductor JoAnn Falletta of the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.

Acclaimed by The New York Times as “one of the finest conductors of her generation,” Falletta will lead the orchestra through the works of Rodrigo, Piazolla and Mozart.

International guitarist Celil Refik Kaya also will perform as part of the performance.

“JoAnn Falletta Conducts Rodrigo, Piazolla & Mozart” is at 4 p.m. Sunday, and at 8 p.m. Monday, at First Presbyterian Church, 540 W. Hilton Parkway, Hilton Head.

A reception will follow Monday’s performance in the church’s gathering space.

Concert tickets range from $30-$55. Reduced ticket prices are available for children and an accompanying parent for Sunday matinees.
