Lucas: Young author to give Bluffton book signing

Eleven-year-old author Lucy Jackson will give a book-signing from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, at The Story Book Shoppe, 41 Calhoun St., Bluffton.

Jackson, a fifth-grader at Bluffton Elementary, wrote “The Laws of the Cherry Trees” out now at Barnes and Noble, on Amazon, and at The Story Book Shoppe.

The book is about three animal friends who go in search of a new home after a forest fire.
