Lucas: ‘Savannah Stopover Music Festival’ kicks off March 10

The 6th annual Savannah Stopover Music Festival kicks off next week with more than 100 artists — a new record, organizers believe.

The festival will take place throughout venues in Savannah’s historic district March 10-12.

The lengthy lineup includes such bands as Ra Ra Riot, Blitzen Trapper, Yuck, Futurebirds, Mobley and many, many more.

For Bowie fans, the group Capsula will give a David Bowie tribute concert and perform “Ziggy Stardust” in its entirety.
