Lucas: Savannah flower show to feature author, TV personality Bettie Bearden Pardee
A flower show just down the road in Savannah will feature an author and TV personality.
The Trustees’ Garden Club will host the “Trustees’ Garden” flower show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 16, at The Charles H. Morris Center at Trustees’ Garden, 10 East Broad St., Savannah.
Admission to the show is free.
TV personality Bettie Bearden Pardee, author of “Living Newport: Houses, People, Style” will give a talk at 10:30 a.m. as part of the show.
Tickets for the talk are $25. Pardee’s book also will be available for purchase.
In addition, boxed lunches will be available for $20. The deadline to reserve a lunch is March 7.
