Lucas: The Fabulous Equinox Orchestra returns to Hilton Head for a good cause

Jazz, swing and big band lovers won’t want to miss The Fabulous Equinox Orchestra Cabaret coming up Sunday, at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa.

Led by Jeremy Davis and Clay Johnson, the orchestra features an 18-piece band which has toured nationally and recently filmed a PBS special at the Morris Center in Savannah.

The event is at 7 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of The Westin at 2 Grasslawn Ave., Hilton Head, and includes dancing.

Tickets are $40 and includes two drink tickets, discounts on an exclusive dinner and valet parking.

A portion of the proceeds will go toward the Junior Jazz Foundation.
