The iconic nu metal band Korn is having a resurgence on the current music charts.
Over 20 years after releasing their compilation album Greatest Hits Vol. 1, the record has returned to the Billboard 200. New Billboard rankings dated the week of May 30 reveal that the 2004 album re-entered the chart this week in the No. 195 spot, adding to its career total of 67 weeks spent on the chart.
The band's Greatest HitsVol. 1 album features 19 tracks released between 1994 and 2004, including some of the band's most notable songs, like "Freak On a Leash," "Falling Away From Me," "Blind," "Got the Life" and more. When Greatest HitsVol. 1 was first released in October 2004, it appeared on the Billboard 200 chart just weeks later, debuting at the No. 4 spot, which would end up being its peak position. The band has had five other albums chart higher on the albums chart, including 1998's Follow the Leader and 1999's Issues, which each spent a week at No. 1.
Korn's other albums to reach the Top 5 on the Billboard 200 include three No. 2 albums: Untouchables (2002), Untitled (2007) and Korn III: Remember Who You Are (2010). The band also had two No. 3 albums: Life Is Peachy (1996) and See You on the Other Side (2005), and their 2016 album The Serenity of Suffering peaked at the No. 4 spot.
