Thomas Heyward 8, Beaufort High 1: Ashlie Layman took a no-hitter into the sixth inning to lead the Rebels to the win. Andrea Daring blasted two homers as part of a three-hit, four-RBI game to pace the offense.
Briana Kelnhoffer, Kayla Canavan and Taylor Ernestine added two hits apiece for Thomas Heyward (14-2), which hosts Bible Baptist at 5 p.m. today.
Ariel Promislow had two hits in the loss for the Eagles (9-9), who host Fort Dorchester in a Region 8-AAAA matchup at 7 p.m. Monday. Jenny Mullins took the loss on the mound.
Beaufort High 3, Ashley Ridge 0: Andrew Settlemire scored two goals, and the Eagles continued their roll through Region 8-AAAA.
Ethan Konoza added a goal, and Nick Manos made five saves for the Eagles, who improved to 11-2-2 overall and 4-0 in Region 8-AAAA.
Beaufort High travels to Colleton County at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Bluffton home meet: Hilton Head High defeated rival Bluffton by one stroke at Pinecrest Golf Club, 164-165. Seahawks top golfer Tate Hoisington and Bluffton's Chris Manning tied for medalist honors with a 39.
Brooks Moody (40), Gavin Lindstrom (42), Chris O'Donnell (43) and Brenden Fick (46) rounded out the Hilton Head High lineup.
Wesley Long, Pierce Brehany and Shane Fox shot 42s for the Bobcats, and Jake Rapp carded a 47.

Bluffton 6, Cane Bay 1: The Bobcats cruised to victory and remained undefeated in region play. Because Cane Bay is not traveling in region matches this year, the Bobcats were awarded two wins. Bluffton (11-2, 5-0 Region 7-AAA) returns home Monday to face Beaufort Academy at 3:30 p.m.
