Hilton Head High 37, Berkeley 32: Sabrina Drammis scored 14 points and Margo Dill added 11 -- and both made huge baskets down the stretch -- to help the Seahawks hold on and clinch the top playoff seed from Region 7-AAA and at least a share of the region title.
Berkeley twice cut the Seahawks' lead to three in the final minutes, but Dill grabbed an offensive rebound and put it back to extend the lead the first time, and she tipped another rebound to Drammis for a key basket the second time.
"It was like a lot of our games; it wasn't pretty," Seahawks coach Dave Greenberg said. "But I'm happy. It's a long trip up here, so I'm happy to get a win."

Lauryn Bush added five points for Hilton Head High.
Leanna Morrison scored 23 to lead Berkeley.
The Seahawks (21-2, 8-1 Region 7-AAA) can win the region outright with a win at Bluffton High School on Friday. If the Bobcats win, the rivals would share the region title, but Hilton Head High would earn the top seed in the playoffs based on having a higher overall win percentage excluding tournaments.
Beaufort High 64, Fort Dorchester 49: Arielle McPhee scored 19 points to lead three Eagles in double figures, and Beaufort High kept alive its hopes of hosting a first-round playoff game with a key Region 8-AAAA win on the road.
Mykalah Smalls added 15 points, and Paris Smith had 11 to help the Eagles pull away after leading 30-27 at halftime. Jay Shaw scored eight points for Beaufort High, Ebony Watson added six, and Emani Gray had five.
Indie Lawson scored 19 to lead Fort Dorchester.
The Eagles (13-9 overall, 5-2 in Region 8-AAAA) wrap up the regular season at home against Colleton County on Friday. With a win, they would finish second in the region and earn a home game in the first round of the playoffs next Tuesday.
VARSITY BOYS BASKETBALL
Beaufort High 62, Fort Dorchester 52: Simeon Daise scored 19 points to lead three Eagles in double figures, and Beaufort High pulled away in the second half to keep its hopes of a Region 8-AAAA title alive.
Dymonte Gwathney added 13, and Jordan Adderley scored 12 for the Eagles, who trailed 28-25 at halftime. Ruben Francis and Rakeem Palmer scored six apiece for Beaufort High.
Trey Thompson scored 13, and Troy Bryant added 12 for Fort Dorchester.
Beaufort High (18-4 overall, 6-1 in Region 8-AAAA) hosts Colleton County to close the regular season Friday. If the Eagles win, they will at least split the region title with Summerville.
Berkeley 53, Hilton Head High 47: The visiting Seahawks led throughout the first half and found themselves in a tight game down the stretch, but Berkeley hit 11 of 13 free throws in the fourth quarter to seal a Region 7-AAA victory.
While the Stags were hitting from the line, the Seahawks struggled, going 8 for 17 from the foul line in the second half.
"We forced some turnovers there late, and we just couldn't capitalize," Seahawks coach Ken Updike said.
Desmond Bush scored 15 points to lead Hilton Head High, and T.J. Clay, Will McCarty and Michael Julian added seven apiece.
DeVante Cunningham scored 14 points and Bradley Harrison added 12 for the Stags.
The Seahawks (8-15 overall, 1-8 in Region 7-AAA) close the regular season at Bluffton on Friday.
