Battery Creek 63, Hartsville 12: A long bus ride did nothing to slow down the Battery Creek High School wrestling team Wednesday, as the Dolphins easily took care of Region 6-AAA champion Hartsville, winning 63-12 in the first round of the Class 3-A dual playoffs.

At 285 pounds, David Ratliff started the night off with a pin -- the first of four consecutive Dolphins pins to start the match. Battery Creek (25-16) racked up a total of nine pins.

The Dolphins will travel to St. James for a second-round match at 6 p.m. Monday.
