Professional pols at root of problems

Both major political parties have been subject to progressive infiltration for more than half a century.

It started with the Democrats and affected the Republicans when political consultants pointed out to their powers-that-be that elections turned on the question of which candidate was willing to promise the most to the moochers.

Eventually, the federal government was taken over by looters who promised the moochers the world, while delivering the keys to the treasury to their campaign donors. The Obama administration has simply been more blatant than previous administrations.

The only way to regain control of our government is through the ballot box. We must find, encourage and elect honest, honorable people to office and replace them at the first sign of corrupt behavior. Our path to individual liberty and responsibility begins with the abandonment of the professional political class.
