Obama's UN address prompts mixed messages

As President Barack Obama spoke at the United Nations, the attendees were listening and thinking one of two or three things.

One: "He is going to disarm America's nuclear weapons, while we build ours; the giant is going to die." Two: "Listen to Obama. He is talking about giving us more aid for us to build our weapons stocks while the U.S. thinks it is funding humanitarian services." Three: "The man thinks he should be the president of the world, yet he will not even be the president of the U.S. in another year or so, so let him pontificate."
