I was receiving help from a cell phone representative in India the other night on how to activate my cell phone. I'm 75, it's my first cell phone, and I was nervous.
This gentleman was calm, helpful and very polite. In turn, I was polite, gracious and thankful. Even my wife commented on how gracious I was on the phone.
When dealing with people, why can't we all be more gracious, more helpful, more loving and more tolerant to each other? It's contagious.
Let's be less confrontational, and there might be fewer stories like this: The shooting rampage in Arizona leaves six dead, 14 injured and a congresswoman gravely injured.
