Police: Man arrested after 'mooning' incident in Myrtle Beach park

Myrtle Beach Police arrested a 21-year-old man after witnesses say he exposed himself at a public park in front of adults and children.

Saturday night about 9:25, officers were called to Plyler Park on a disturbance.

According to the police report, several witnesses reported that the suspect jumped into a Scooby Doo van that was on display in the park and pulled down his pants exposing his rear end.

Officers confronted the suspect who, according to the police report, smelled of alcohol, was slurring his speech and had glassy eyes.

Officers placed Justin Keneston, 21, under arrest for public intoxication.
