Video: 20 students taken to hospital after first grader brings heroin to school (2:31)

Parents of children taken to the hospital speak out after heroin was found at their West Philadelphia school, and child endangerment charges have been filed against the child's mother and the mother's boyfriend. More drugs were found in their house following a search. The child brought 11 packets of heroin into the school, police said. The students were taken to the hospital on a school bus for examination, then released.
