Fall is trying to nudge its nose into our conversations.
Have you noticed all of our beautiful butterflies nipping about? My favorites are the lovely yellow ones that appear as if by magic at the end of August and flit about through September.
Some of them love it here so much they even stay a bit longer.
My favorite time of year is here, and I hope you will enjoy all of the wonderful events that are so magical. There are so many wonderful groups that need all of our support. So pick your favorite and join the fun.

I found a wonderful idea in an article I just read. In Michigan, a new hospital with a soaring glass roof is using part of its space for a hydroponic greenhouse. It's the first hospital-based greenhouse in the U.S.
How fabulous it must be to eat fresh food at the hospital. What a wonderful thing to do with all of that wasted space.
They grow all sorts of vegetables and herbs and 23 kinds of tomatoes. The chefs at the hospital no longer have to shop around for fresh herbs and vegetables. They are right on their doorstep.
The buildings were donated and designed to educate the public about healthier eating and living.
What a fun greenhouse and a great place to visit.
If you are attached to wacky machines could you not at least have something divine to eat? Good grief, I hope so. I could think of so many delicious tidbits to munch on.
A greenhouse might make an overnight stay at Chateau Coastal Carolina more enjoyable.
