Two males and one female are wanted in connection with a shooting and robbery in Port Royal on Aug. 4. Two suspects were identified by Wednesday evening.
Darielle Harris, 20, of Beaufort, and Dalonte Fripp, 17, of Port Royal, are being sought by Port Royal police, according to a Port Royal Police Department news release.
Fripp and another man allegedly tried to rob two men in John Parker Park, according to the release which did not explain Harris’ alleged involvement in the incident.
One victim was shot and went to Beaufort Memorial Hospital for treatment, the release said.
“Arrest warrants have been obtained for all parties and they should be considered armed thus dangerous,” according to the release.
No more information is available from the Police Department at this time, Maj. Ron Wekenmann said on Thursday morning. A second press release is expected to be issued later Thursday, he said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Port Royal Police Department at 843-986-2220, the Beaufort County Dispatch at 843-524-2777 or CrimeStoppers at 1-888-CrimeSC.
