Aaron Terrazas broke out of a crowd to claim his second victory this month on the International Junior Golf Tour.
Terrazas birdied the first playoff hole to edge four others and win the Boys 15-19 division at Shipyard Golf Club on Hilton Head Island. The 36-hole tournament was held Sept. 29-30.
After firing a pair of 73s and 2 over par for the tournament, Terrazas was tied with Sam Meuret, Mickey Werenski, Alab Cooke and Bryan Gangon. The 15-year-old Terrazas hit his approach to 3 feet and rolled in the putt for victory.
Sixteen-year-old Isidora Quevedo, of Santiago, Chile, won the Girls divison, finishing with a 5-over-par total of 147. She finished a stroke ahead of Olivia Landino and two shots ahead of Cake Phuchanbanchob.

Thamonpat Siriko's 72 on Sunday earned her the Clazic Belts Low Final Round Award.
Tennoshin Ogawa of Ichinomiya-Shi, Japan, captured the IJGT title in Boys 14-and-under division, finishing 1 over par. The 13-year-old won by 11 shots after starting the final round with a four-shot lead. His final-round 71 was the low round of the day.
Taisuke Ono of Tokyo, Japan, finished second with a 156 total. Hilton Head Island's Alan Xu and Virginia native Andrew Spiegler tied for third at 158.
The International Junior Golf Tour will play its next event at Port Royal Golf Club on Oct. 13-14.
MOSS CREEK HOSTS CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP, RE-OPENS SOUTH COURSE
Brenda Lozan repeated as women's club champion at Moss Creek Golf Club. Lozan defeated Susan Carlson in the match play event with the help of a chip-in birdie on No. 14.
The tournament, held Sept. 25, 26 and 28, included 27 participants and four flights. The championship flight was played at scratch, with the other flights playing handicaps.
Carole Johnson won the first flight, defeating Marilyn Althans. Donna Cawthon defeated Sheila Block to win the second flight. Nancy Everett won the third flight, defeating Pam Finnie.
On Sept. 29, Moss Creek celebreated the opening of its newly renovated South course. Superintendent Mitchell Wilkerson and the Moss Creek grounds staff received a standing ovation before the kickoff tournament. The format for the event was two best balls of four (Stableford points) divided into two flights.
The team of Peyton McLamb, Jack Layton, Bob VanAuken and Bobby Sue Earnhardt won the first flight with 88 points. The team of Jim Reeves, John Danneker, George Solari and Kathy Eyet won the second flight with 89 points.
McLamb and Mary Pat Bonchosky won closest-to-the pin prizes.
BLUFFTON'S BOE PLACES IN MYRTLE BEACH
Bluffton resident Zachary Boe finished tied for third at the Myrtle Beach Junior Challenge, at Myrtle Beach National's West Course.
Boe shot rounds of 70-72 to finish 2 under par for the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour event. He earned 400 points from the tour for his finish.
Gonzalo Martinez won the event, finishing 5 under. Gilbert's Zach McClain finished second at 3 under.
More than 50 players competed across four age divisions.
DAVIS WINS AT CRESCENT POINTE
Stewart Davis won the championship flight of Crescent Pointe Golf Club's club championship. Joe Macchia finished second.
Tom Bronzert won the first flight. Bob Vogel finished second in the flight.
