The Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce will host a public meeting Oct. 6 to seek input on a proposed project at 711 Bladen St., which will include a new office space for the organization.
The meeting is slated for 11 a.m. at 801 Bladen St. Attendees can discuss the project's economic and environmental impacts, according to a news release.
In addition to new office space, the site will hold training facilities, meeting rooms, a business incubator and a showroom for local artists.
