Barbara Zia, co-president of League of Women Voters of South Carolina, will present an overview of the S.C. Judicial Diversity Project during a forum at 7 p.m. Oct. 12 at the Visual and Performing Arts Center at Hilton Head Island High School, 70 Wilborn Road. Forum panelists will discuss the selection process for state judges. Panelists will include state Sen. Tom Davis, R-Beaufort; state Rep. Andy Patrick, R-Hilton Head Island; Circuit Court Judge Carmen T. Mullen; Kelly Jolley, member of the S.C. Bar Association; and a member of the Judicial Merit Selection Commission.
