The Bluffton Historical Preservation Society will host the Bluffton Lost Arts Academy homemaking classes today and each Thursday through Sept. 15 at the Heyward House.
Two class times are available, at 10:30 a.m. or 5:30 p.m., each lasting about an hour. Today's class is on creating a fall wreath using air-dried flowers, greens and local mosses. On Sept. 8, learn to preserve flowers and create a pressed-flower candle. On Sept. 15, learn how to use microwaves for gifts and crafts.
Classes are $30 each or $75 for all three, including supply kits. Details: contact instructor Susan Scoggins at 843-757-6953 or 843-757-2960 or email email@example.com.
