United Way of the Lowcountry seeks volunteers with knowledge of home repair to join 400 high school students July 10-16 in providing services for needy residents of Beaufort and Jasper counties.
About 60 projects on Hilton Head Island and in Beaufort, Bluffton, Ridgeland, Hardeeville and outlying areas will be completed. United Way conducts the program with the Catholic HEART Work camp to provide safe shelter for people who live and work in Beaufort and Jasper counties.
