Business-license renewals due May 31
Beaufort County business-license renewal forms are due May 31, after which a 5 percent fee will be added for each month late.

Renewal applications were mailed in February but can also be found on the "Business" page at www.bcgov.net or at the county's two business-license offices -- the second floor of the administration building at 100 Ribaut Road in Beaufort, or the third floor of the Myrtle Park Professional Center at 4819 Bluffton Parkway in Bluffton.
Processing and approval usually take seven to 10 business days, the release said.
