Beaufort County Sheriff's deputies on Thursday arrested a 24-year-old Hardeeville man wanted for firing a gun into a vehicle, drug and burglary charges.
Desmond Brown, 24, was arrested on Hilton Head Island during a traffic stop. He was wanted on warrants for allegedly firing a gun into a vehicle earlier this year, as well as other warrants related to an April 28 burglary on Hilton Head.
He was being held Sunday on $18,692.50 bond. Brown was charged with providing false information, possession of crack cocaine, fleeing to evade arrest, theft, first-degree burglary and discharging a firearm into a vehicle.
A court date is schedule for 8:45 a.m. June 24 on the charges of firing a gun into a vehicle and first-degree burglary, according to a supplemental incident report.
