The Technical College of the Lowcountry's Continuing Education and Workforce Development Division will offer free career-development workshops this month and next.
The first -- "Get That Job: How to Navigate the World of Work in the Lowcountry" -- will be from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Wednesday and March 11 at the college's New River Campus in Bluffton. Jack Wilson, author and owner of consulting firm Career Sciences, will lead the job-search workshop.
Another series of workshops will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays, March 22 through April 12, at Whale Branch Early College High School in Seabrook. Courses are "Building Your Resume," "E-mail Etiquette," "Steps to a Successful Interview" and "Intro to Social Media."
