Historic Beaufort Foundation website overhaul complete

The Historic Beaufort Foundation recently launched its new website, which includes an updated look and new user features.

Revamping the nonprofit organization's website was among the first priorities of new foundation executive director Julie Good, who joined the organization in September.

Among its new features, the site will include a blog and more access to historic images. It also allows the organization to make changes instantly, so it can constantly update the events calendar, Good said.

Good declined to say how much the overhaul cost and said the work was done by a professional based in New York.
