Campaign kicks off for military employees

The Lowcountry Combined Federal Campaign is accepting applications from local nonprofit organizations for participation in its 2011 campaign. The campaign is the only authorized workplace solicitation of military and federal employees. Applications must be received by 5 p.m. Tuesday. Submit completed applications to the attention of Pamela Reading-Smith, United Way of the Lowcountry, P.O. Box 202, Beaufort, SC 29901-0202. For Federal Express or UPS shipping, use 2266 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC 29902 as the address.
